Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy helps ensure we can address your concerns effectively.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you provide detailed photos of the damage and the condition in which the package arrived. This information is crucial for us to quickly process your claim, arrange for the return of the damaged goods, and issue a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, non-used appliances can be returned within a 30-day window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All appliances come with a manufacturer's warranty. The specific terms and length of the warranty vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your appliance for more information. Should your product develop a fault while under warranty, please contact us for assistance with a warranty claim.

Exceptions

Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
