Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. General Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or process the exchange.
Free Returns by Mail
We are pleased to offer free returns for all items by mail. A prepaid return label will be included in your package. If you choose to return an item, simply use the provided return label, package the item securely, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for any returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing Time
