Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days across the UK, ensuring that your items arrive swiftly so you can enjoy your new appliances and electronics without delay. Our commitment to quick delivery covers the entire UK mainland, keeping your waiting time to a minimum.

Non-UK Mainland Orders

Please note that orders to locations outside the UK mainland may experience longer delivery times. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, these areas require additional transit time due to their geographical challenges. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

Exclusions

We currently do not ship to the Channel Islands. We're focused on providing the best possible service within our delivery range and are constantly evaluating our shipping policies to expand our reach.

What this service includes:

• We’ll take away your old appliance and recycle or dispose of it responsibly

What you need to do:

• You must disconnect your appliance, fully drain of water (where applicable) and make it easily accessible for collection.

*Please note we may not be able to collect your items for recycling if they haven’t been made accessible

Installation (Washing Machine - Freestanding)

What this service includes:

• Delivery, unpacking and connection of your appliance
• Connection to the water mains (where applicable) and power supply
• Testing of your new appliance and safety checks
• Removal and disposal of all packaging

Installation (Refrigeration)

What this service includes:

• Delivery, unpacking and connection of your appliance
• Connection to the water mains (where applicable) and power supply
• Testing of your new appliance and safety checks
• Removal and disposal of all packaging

Installation (Dishwasher - Freestanding)

What this service includes:

• Delivery, unpacking and connection of your appliance
• Connection to the water mains (where applicable) and power supply
